In order to embark on this program, you must not only be fit. You must be super fit. Also, your percentage of body fat must be in a single digit.
Advanced training programs are specially designed for the competing athletes e.g. Overload Training Principles, Priority Training Principles, Instinctive Training Principles, The German 10 sets: 10 reps Power Training, Double Split Training Routine, Unique German Overload Traininig Principles and Training on Powerlifts’ Movements etc. Thorough medical examinations will also need to be conducted and closely monitored. Including blood tests on testosterone level.
State of the Art in Diet and Nutrition will be designed specifically for the competing individuals. Supplementations will be carefully reviewed.
